I'm Zoe Shaw! I have been passionate about fitness from a young age. I too have battled with losing weight after having children, being overweight and not feeling my best. I can help you to become a healthier version of yourself and be with you the whole way. For the last 25 years I've been helping clients achieve their goals.
I use a variety of training techniques, including Pilates, Strength training and nutrition coaching, and have access to a wide range of equipment to make every session more effective.

I can help with losing weight, increasing muscle mass, running a 10K or just staying healthy and active. offer personal training for each client based on their goals and what they want to achieve. I make the sessions fun and challenging to keep you motivated and moving forwards.
I provide online and one-on-one sessions, and a free consultation is available so I can learn more about you, your health and goals to help me make a bespoke training plan specifically for you.
